Hermosa Woven Beach Cooler Bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Beach State in exchange for my honest review. With summer approaching, this tote has me daydreaming about picnics on the beach. For anyone else that loves a ludicrously capacious bag, I can fit my swimsuit, two beach towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, and all of my necessities in this one. There are holes on both sides of the zipper so you can let your towels poke out for more packing space. You can also snap in a towel with the carrying straps at the top, or strap it in the front and make room on the inside. It’s versatile! There are a few different ways to carry this bag, but I see myself using it as backpack the most. The leather straps are soft and comfortable to wear, and the smallest hole is already the right length for me, but you can adjust it to be even longer. The interior is nicely lined with cotton and leather detailing, and I love the sturdy construction and zigzag weave of the natural palma. This tote is practical, stylish, and perfect for carrying everything I need on beach adventures.

It has about enough volume to fit a bottle of wine or Hydroflask type water bottle, some snacks or small meals and a towel; and there is a top zipper that will keep all the contents secure in the bag. The craftsmanship and detailing on this bag is also really nice. It definitely gives beach picnic vibes and I love the look and feel of the straps which are comfortable to use. There are also backpack straps if you have a heavier load or need to be hands free which is a great feature. The basket weave material exterior, although it looks chic, I'm a little unsure of lasting for years and years of use without cracking but maybe this is of a little higher quality? The other thing is that this tote is listed as a cooler bag but doesn't seem to contain any significant amount of insulation so I wouldn't expect this to keep drinks and food cold for hours like a normal insulated tote would. I personally would prefer a more robust insulated tote that can keep drinks and ice cold for hours but this bag is serviceable and definitely has a cute look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hermosa Woven Beach Cooler Bag by Beach State is the most stylish cooler bag on the market. It’s really well made with a tight weave and real leather straps. I like that there are top handles and backpack straps. There’s also adjustable straps on the front to easily carry a beach towel. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of the inside canvas lining. If your cold stuff is wet or has any condensation on it, the inside of this bag takes a while to dry out. Aside from that, this is a great bag with a lot of space!

I’m skeptical that’s it’s durable enough to hold actual drinks (as it’s listed as a cooler bag), however it’ll be fine for a towel and some snacks. It is pretty large. It seems more of a fashion bag than a utility piece ( as in it’s probably not holding up to our family beach days). Would make a nice gift. Real leather and real natural woven fibers.

The zipper was great to keep everything inside. The bag was sturdy and was easy to clean off any dirt. The straps were convenient to hand carry or wear as a backpack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally would not recommend as a cooler bag but definitely a great beach bag with extra straps to add a towel on the outside to keep the sand out. Love the color and look but don’t think it makes for a good bag to keep drinks and food cool. Also the material would not hold up if you were to add ice packs and what not.

I don’t feel awkward using it as a work lunch bag because it’s shaped like a tote and it’s not big and bulky. It’s structured very nicely and holds its shape when it’s sat down. It would also be great for a zoo or park day. My only disappointment would be the straps. I wish they were just a little thicker. However I would still give it 5 stars because they’re just a little short for my body type and the overall quality of this cooler is really great!
