    Simply Great Bread

    I didn’t like this bread

    Quite yummy

    Yes, this is good. Very hard to tell is high fiber. Feels good after eating; I have no stomach cramps after having 2 slices with an avocado, eggs and salsa. No-guilt buttering after toasting for enjoyment. Worth the cost, because is an investment in personal health, which is also expensive when the body doesn't do well. I haven't had the white bread version, but the seeds here are not overabundant, and are a pleasant texture and taste enhancement. You're worth it; try this.
