Surprisingly good, low calorie, low carb bread that's high in fiber and a decent source of protein. It definitely won't be mistaken for standard wheat bread (chewier with a more pronounced flavor) and I prefer it with something substantial that can balance the flavor (avocado toast, chicken salad and bolder sandwhiches), but it will be a staple in my pantry.

You are my HERO

I can eat seaded bread again

Very Good bread but expensive
