Hey Harper Aurie Mini Huggie - Gold

Already lost an earring due to the clasp coming undone. I bought these in store while wearing a pair of Huggies, that I purchased from a local jeweler and wore every single day for two years and had just started to look dingy and stop clasping correctly. I thought these would make a fantastic replacement but I was sorely mistaken. There are so many comments about the faulty clasp, at this point, if you buy these earrings after reading any of these reviews you are 100% throwing your money away because you will lose an earring immediately. Target needs to stop selling this brand after seeing their company response to any improvement requests.

Lost one of the earrings due to the clasps constantly coming undone. Super bummed as they were a mother's day gift from my husband. Other than our wedding rings, we don't purchase jewelry this expensive. My cheaper jewelry has much more secure clasps! Beware.

Really wanted these earrings to work, but one clasp came already loose and I almost lost them multiple times within 2 days.

Review Title: Failed within hours, and the brand offered zero accountability I purchased the Hey Harper Aurie Mini Huggie Earrings in gold from Target hoping they would be a reliable everyday pair — something simple, secure, and practical for work, training, and daily wear. Unfortunately, one earring fell out and was lost within less than 12 hours. To be clear, this was not due to careless wear. I put them on properly, double-checked that they were secure, wore my hair up all day, and did not touch, snag, or mishandle them. The closure simply did not hold. For earrings at this price point, that is extremely disappointing. What makes the experience worse is that I contacted Hey Harper directly with my receipt and a full explanation. Rather than offering any meaningful resolution — not a replacement, not a comparable pair, not a credit, not even a basic gesture of goodwill — they redirected me back to Target because the item was purchased there. That response told me everything I needed to know. A company can market its jewelry as durable, waterproof, and everyday-friendly, but if the product fails within hours and the brand refuses to stand behind it in any capacity, the branding means very little. I had actually ordered two additional Hey Harper pairs shortly after purchasing this first pair because I was initially excited about the brand. After this experience, I returned them. I will not purchase from Hey Harper again. The earrings are pretty, but beauty does not matter if the closure fails and the company takes no accountability. Buyers should be cautious.

One of my favorite pairs of earrings! Only thing I dislike is how they occasionally don’t stay closed. Other than that they are awesome and super cute!
