Sip it as a shot, mix it into a margarita or try it in a paloma cocktail for a refreshing drink. For a paloma, pour one part Hornitos Blanco Tequila over ice, followed by two parts ruby red grapefruit juice and one part simple syrup. Top it off with soda water, stir, and garnish with a wedge of lime. Hornitos Blanco is so smooth because it's double-distilled. It's made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, fresh-pressed for a balanced flavor. We keep the process clean and simple to maintain a lively, fiesta-ready flavor. The result is a crystal clear Tequila with shimmering hints of silver. Spicy, Sharp—Best Used in Cocktails
I got to try Hornitos Plata (Silver) and here’s how it landed for me. It’s bold, crisp, and it doesn’t hide its edges. On the nose there’s fresh agave, green herbs, and a bit of clean citrus. On the palate, you’ll feel that peppery bite right up front, mingled with agave sweetness and a touch of earth. The finish is spicy and dry—no lingering sugary aftertaste. It’s a little harsh for sipping neat (I’d struggle to do more than a small pour), but in margaritas or tequila cocktails it adds punch and character.

This tequila is great on your palette. I would use in Mixed drinks and as a shot. Flavor great smooth not harsh, nice thick heavy glass bottle and design.

Overall is good quality for the value.
Value for Money if you need the 1 liter bottles for a big event. Has good flavor and aroma to mix for some cocktail drinks. It has versatility overall to take anywhere.

Delicious tequila
Love this tequila, it’s so smooth with very little to no burn. Taste great in mixed drinks as well as by itself. The large bottle are a great value for the price, especially compared to other name brand tequilas.

Hornitos
I am not very good at taking shots of tequila but this one was very easy. It went down without an issue. This tequila is also really good in smoothies. Will definitely give that group night a certain form of spike. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who can't really take down shots well. As it goes down really smooth. If you aren't much of a shot person this is also really good for spiked smoothies.

I have tried several tequilas. From Patron to Presidente. The thing I like about Hornitos Plata Tequila is that it's smooth and not overwhelming. It's perfect for margaritas and for shots. I'm not one to get my throat burned so this is perfectly fine for me. I do love it in Mangonadas!

The best middle shelf tequila in my opinion. we use this for margaritas with a salted glass. Seems complicated to do at home, but it is well worth the effort. Of course a shot with salt and lime is amazing too. Much better in comparison to Juan Cuervo haha Hornitos Plata Tequila

Hornitos always has had a great selection of premium products. I have love for two different kinds of liquor and that’s whiskey and tequila so you know this is one of my favorites. I love it in margaritas with lots of lime and salt!

This is my second go to. I love tequila. So when I'm budgeting or just wanting a little something I go to this brand. I don't have a hangover, it mixes just as well as other high price brand tequilas, and its also just as smooth.
