Household Essentials Mega Wood Drying Rack

One of the nail that holds the pieces together started falling off after 6 months. No matter what I did, the nail wouldn't stay. Finally the white, round sticks started coming off and I had to throw the rack. It was expensive and did not last a year!

Terrible. Pieces don’t fit together and broke while I was trying to assemble it. DO NOT BUY.

It broke the first time I used. Items I put on were way below weight limit and it still broke.

I've used this rack twice so far and find it to be quite sturdy. It is very large and holds a lot. My only concern is that it is a bit cumbersome to fold away.

I received it yesterday, kudos for fast shipping. I bought it to replace my old wood drying rack which had finally broken after many years of use. I set it up and put one (1) slightly damp towel and one (1) slightly damp washrag on it and it immediately broke and collapsed. It turns out that one of the side slats had a large knot running through it right next to the hole for one of the hanging rods was drilled, and naturally it couldn't take any strain. Very shoddy quality control!

This was exactly what my daughter wanted. I found several other items similar but all at a higher price. This was affordable and the exact item she wanted.

I wish I could give this item zero stars. I ordered two. One arrived missing a leg and the other arrived with a broken rail. It was not a shipping issue as the box arrived intact. Do not bother ordering.

One of the horizontal rods broke the first time I used this dryer. I will not spend the money to buy a replacement. As a matter of fact, I think Target should either refund my card or send me a replacement dryer. At least I would then feel better about Target's customer service and continue shopping at Target.

I had this shipped to my house and it came broken. I would not reccomend this product it as the ones I've purchased in-store at Target are higher quality than this piece.

I was really excited about purchasing this to dry our whites and baby clothing indoors, but a piece of it broke almost right away. I was pretty bummed about it but we never returned it. We still use it, we just have to manually place the piece together, but it does still work. We use it often.

The rack arrived broken. The painted dowels are seconds, mashed and dented but perfectly disguised or covered by the paint. It also took quite awhile to arrive. Luckily this item can be returned to the store.

Easy to set up. Compared to another wooden rack we had for 3 years this one feels less sturdy and we intend to be gentle with it.

The rack is a bit flimsy and not made very well. We did not purchase it to put clothing on it and it wouldn't be good for clothing because it doesn't have enough support. We make our own pasta and it is a good rack to hang pasta on to dry and that is why I bought this one. A metal rack wouldn't have worked. So don't go by my opinion, but I did notice when we opened it that it was very unsteady. Not worth the price.

I saw some positive and negative reviews on this but I have nothing but good things to say! It's very sturdy and holds a lot. I basically use it for drying cloth diapers but have had my guests use it for towels. It is solid. Love that it's wood!

It's no toy. OK material and does it's job great. I love how it can be put away easily under my bed. It's very convenient.

A couple of reviews said they thought the construction was pretty flimsy. I've found it to be a pretty sturdy old-fashioned wood drying rack and exactly what I was expecting. There is a metal bolt on the bottom rung to reinforce the weight of wet clothes, so it's even sturdier than I expected. I currently have a smaller dryer rack, and from what I can tell, the smaller dryer rack is now the standard size, but this drying rack dwarfs the competition. It is wide enough to hold full size towels or two shirts on the same rung. This is your mom or grandma's drying rack that you remember!

This is a very well made, large clothes dryer. It fits on my deck and helps dry clothes with that fresh air smell. It is made so that it will not collapse. Really great purcase.

So far so good, but it doesn't seem as rugged as I was hoping. I haven't loaded to many items onto it at once, for fear it will collapse! It does offer enough rungs to hold many garments, but I'd recommend not putting very heavy garments on it right away.

I have had many drying racks over the years. So many are awful and flimsy. This one takes a little more work than others to put together but it is worth it. It is huge and sturdy. It takes towels and jeans with no problems. I definitely recommend it.
