Stopped working completely on me in 3 months first the usb charger stopped working then the sound cut in and out. Now won’t even turn on

Easy to setup, sound was good. After a week the speakers won't power up. No more to the story, pass on this purchase.

I bought this speaker set and it seemed fine at first. Not great, had a slight his anytime there was no music on and popped every time any audio started. But it had good sound once it was going. I have had the product for less than a month and it just powered off and won't turn back on anymore. I flip the power switch in the back and nothing happens. Just up and bricked on me. What a collosal waste of money.

if the subwoofer rattles put a towel under it and it wont rattle

BT works fine, and I think this device gets a bad reputation from 1-star reviews due to luser error. My problem is the left speaker is incredibly quiet - barely audible. I swapped the speakers (plugged R into L), and it has the same problem. This means it's not a cable break problem, it's likely a problem with the connection *inside* of the unit itself. Unless support reads this and has some advice, it looks like it's time to break out my soldering iron. My only complaints as far as design go are the cables are quite short and the blue lights on the speakers are just OBNOXIOUS, and I can tell that even if both speakers functioned as they should, they would be way too quiet for all but a small room with no ambient sound.

I like that you don't have to juggle wires and such that some sound systems have to deal with. It's simple and attractive design is very pleasing and not an over processed/designed "eye sore" as some units tend to be. I would buy this again if I got the chance for other parts of the house.

Bought these speakers today and rearranged an entire room ( small room but still.) To set them up. Got done hooked everything up and the sound is no where close to what I get from my phone! All the way up i can almost hear the speakers from sitting in bed with music. A movie is out of the question. They will certainly be returned tomorrow ASAP

I am so disappointed, as an avid Gamer I NEED a good sound system. This fit the bill until it just suddenlty started blinking & will not work, even when I have tried all the troubleshooting. Based on the reviews and research I have this, this is a common issue. I will never buy fromt this company again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the overall quality of the unit considering the reasonable price, however, I am disappointed that the system cannot be simultaneously connected to my personal computer and a Bluetooth with Alexa. Secondly, to turn the unit off one must get on the floor where the subwoofer is to find the power button.
