The die cast Darth Vader character will be long lasting for my son who can be rough on toys. He loved shooting the projectiles from the cannon and turning it with Darth Vader as the key to move the cannon back and forth. Even as he outgrows it, it will be something he keeps due to the high quality of the toy for nostalgia reasons.

The toy shoots a good distance with good speed and appears to be of good quality. The toy by itself didn't keep his attention for a long time. I think if it was paired with more toys that were similar, it could have a long play time.

Comes with 3 projectiles. Second, it is sturdy. It has some weight to it which I wasn't expecting but that's a good thing. Darth Vader is metal which I appreciate. We love it, great for imagination play.

The cannon shoots the darts and my kids has a blast seeing hire far they can launch each cannon. The darth vader figure is well made and the best part is that it fits with many other Imaginex sets so the different scenes are endless for my kids. Great for young Star Wars fans!

This is just the right size for little hands so that one hand can be on Darth to push and turn the character key pad and one hand can be on the turret button to fire the darts. The detail is very good, too. Very “Death Star” etchings. Pairs great with other good guy and bad guy Imaginext characters. Lots of play for all.

You load the dart in the cannon. The darth vader diecast key is sweet! It's metal and can fit in the other Imaginext diecast toys with other character keys, that's awesome. This toy doesn't do to much and doesn't hold my child's interest. Shooting the cannon a few times and then he's bored.

There is a Darth Vader figure, that is very heavy duty. Three blasters are included to be used with the Death Star cannon. The figure stands on the red spinning circle that directs where the cannon will aim. The cannon can be pulled behind to “hide”. Pushing down on the red circle will launch the cannon forward, ready to blast! Once forward and in position, a quick push of the red button on top of the cannon and off goes the blaster! This quickly turned into a fun game of “how far can the blasters be launched?” I do recommend Imaginext STAR WARS Death Star Turret Toy Cannon with Darth Vader Diecast Character Key for anyone who likes Star Wars and action launching toys!
