    Need to return -unopened

    Never opened the box as I changed my mind. Meanwhile got a different lamp as a gift. I want to return but you make it so difficult to do so. I feel stuck. Advise.

    Plastic, not glass!

    These are not glass as the description says, they are plastic pieces. They look nice when the light shines through them in spite of being plastic. For the price they should be glass.

    Disappointed

    For the price and based on the description you'd think they were glass shades but they aren't. In fact they look kind of cheap up close. These are hanging over an island so may ultimately not leave them there. Nice they had three rigid tubes to create whatever drop you wanted or needed from the ceiling.

    lovely pendant

    I would highly recommend this product. It goes lovely with my rug in living room. I want the quoizel tiffany light pendant chandelier for my front entrance way but I must wait for electrician to come back to install it. the pendants I purchase are very high quality looking and elegant. I have received many praises for them.

    Great, nice lamp

    We bought this lamp to replace an existing one in the entry way of our new house. It works perfectly; it lights up the area nicely and adds elegance with the real cut glass panes (not plastic imitations that one sees in cheaper ones). Highly recommend it.
