Q: Hi, I saw complaints of people saying the Zipper broke on the seat part and there is no way of fixing it. They are saying the stroller is useless after this happened. Is this an issue still?

A: The tires are a combination of both rubber and plastic. It is called EVA. All the wheels on the Kooper have double sealed bearings and great wheels. We stock the wheels, if you can wear them out, we'll give you another set of wheels.

I love this stroller! So easy to maneuver. Not too heavy, easy to open and close. Have been using it for 2 years. For my second baby, instead of buying a whole new stroller set for infants, Joovy offers a handy attachment where different kinds of compatible carriers will fit securely. See pics. Couldn’t recommend this brand enough! Thank you Joovy! I plan on buying the caboose eventually so my toddler can sit or stand behind the stroller.

I love this stroller! Very lightweight, compact and easy to maneuver. I had a couple of issues with adjustable seat back and rear wheels rattling. I reported my issues to customer service and their rep, Veronica addressed AND resolved my issues promptly! Love the stroller until now that another baby is on the way! Joovy advertises an attachment for the car seat, I already have a Graco Click connect and thought ok I’ll buy the attachment. Epic fail. The Car seat won’t click into it at all. Leaves it loose to lift which is a safety issue. I did however pop off the snack tray as seen in photo and recline the seat. Now the car seat actually “somewhat” stay in it. But baby will be inclined upright slightly so whichever way you cut the cake, I still need a new stroller. I definitely won’t be getting another Joovy that’s for sure. But if this is an option for you, save yourself the $30 for car seat adapter and just pop the snack tray off..

Hello, as we mentioned on your other review, the universal adapter will hold the car seat perfectly snug. You have to use the carrier straps located under the seat. Please refer to the instruction manual for proper installation.

I needed something compact, lightweight and travel friendly. The Kooper has been a great new addition. Some of my favorite features are the removable and washable snack tray and the zipper back pocket for my keys, cell phone, etc. The Kooper reclines so my daughter can lay back and sleep during our walks. Also, it is not bulky, super easy to lift and collapse without needing my husbands help or breaking my back. Overall, we would recommend the Kooper!

I'm really really disappointed at this stroller. The material of the canopy is too cheap to believe. I'm really mad at myself why I bought this? The return is super pricy as you will need to pay 25% restocking plus shipping. I must be blind.

This stroller is the best. My now 1 year old would never sit in a stroller because he couldn’t see out around him but ever since getting this stroller he will now sit in the stroller for longer than 2 minutes because you can sit it up nice and straight and he can see out around him. The snack tray is also super nice. The stroller is so light weight and drives great. I just bought one for my sister I love it so much. Definitely recommend.

I adore this stroller. I bought it for Disney and my 2 year old is 44lbs and 3ft 3in, after looking at dozens of strollers we decided on this one. He still has plenty of room to grow, it rolls smooth, is super compact, AND has a snack tray. It is super lightweight but you can still tell that it was built extremely well and doesn’t feel like it’s a cheap quality. The seat does stain pretty easily but that is the only negative.

I’m in love with this stroller. I did my research and after a month of looking I came across this one and all across the internet platform it has nothing but good reviews and to top it off it has a snack tray! I didn’t see many that came with one. I got this for my 3years old, he’s 39lb and 3ft 3in for reference. His feet are not dragging so this is tall kiddo friendly, canopy is so large it almost touches the snack tray perf for coverage as they sleep, the ride is soooo smooth and easy to maneuver, and my son always knocks out on it so I feel like that speaks for itself. Best stroller buy ever. I own a small coupe car and it takes half of the trunk, for me it’s perfect since my other old stroller it’d take all the trunk lol

Crackling sound in wheels as if they are loose when riding it. Handling is sturdy but I couldn’t get over the crackling sound, sounded like I was strolling on pop rocks. Returned it.

Thanks for the feedback, sounds like you needed to pull the wheels off and give them a cleaning. Dust or dirt can get inside and cause the crackling sound.

It looks nice and 1 1/2 year old was happy and comfortable in it. The little pulley system for adjusting the seat recline is very easy to use. Wheels worked great. Easy to steer and quiet. I cant collapse it one handed but stroller is light and does fit in my small Prius Prime cargo space. I do wish I could order a better cup holder to attach to the handle.

I received this stroller recently and I have to say this is the best high class well made lightweight stroller. I even bought a second one for my daughter I loved it so much. This stroller has every feature you could want on a lighter stroller. Extra large canopy with window, nice recline for baby, baby adapter for car seat ,swing snack tray and large basket and it steers amazing. Folding is great and it stands on its own too. On top of the stroller being this good their customer service is outstanding. Thank you guys and you have made an amazing stroller and a lot of moms lives easier. I would recommend this stroller and company to anyone. I had 6 lightweight strollers in my house at one time and the Kooper beat them all.

I placed order on a Wednesday got it the very next day!!! So easy to assemble (10 min) the Olive color is beautiful!!! We took it out for a spin and it handled beautifully (smooth) my almost 2yr old loves it. The only complaint will be that, it still felt a little heavy (not so light weight)

OBSESSED! Coming from an Uppababy minu owner (which by the way broke down after 5 months of purchased) to Summer Infant 3D lite, and evenflo pivot modular stroller. This one by far really is the best one. It’s super light weight. Compact, and def sturdy! I will say, only downfall is closing up the stroller, i find that the summer infant was way easier with one hand. With Joovy kooper you have to use two hands to fold down, but that’s fine. I find this stroller super easy to push and control, the snack tray and large canopy really won me over! Also the snack tray swings open which is SUPER convenient! From a mom who went through 3 strollers. Highly suggest this one!

Love this stroller! It is lightweight but still has all the conveniences of a big stroller. The style is beautiful. My 10 month old loves it. Favorite part is I can put it in my vehicle and it doesn’t take up the whole back.
