    Sadly, got a dud

    Rec’d this for Valentine’s Day from my Kendra-Scott-loving daughter. I really liked it, but the adjuster is stuck in one position - making the necklace sort of a choker-style. I finally got it to budge a little bit so I could try it on for her. But I worry I will break the necklace if I try to slide the adjuster back and forth any more since it’s resisting movement. I will try to return/exchange.
