Excellent Cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this cheese. I eat it by itself or when I make burgers. It’s very versatile. The sharpness is balanced. It’s also not extra salty which I like. One thing I like about it is that it’s in a block. I prefer this way of having cheese as opposed to sliced. Such a good cheese.

This cheese is very rich and it gives a good melt-in-your-mouth feeling. Pairs very well with ..grape juice, and would make a beautiful addition to any charcuterie board. If you’re looking to win your girl over, give her this cheese paired with some crackers and she’ll no doubt love you forever. This cheese also has a very pleasant scent and stays fresh after multiple uses. I will be buying this cheese again.

It has just the right amount of sharp cheddar flavor to make it enjoyable. It is not super hard and has the perfect texture. It was very fresh, but the packaging is not resealable so you either have to use it all in one shot or find your own container, resealable bag.

Solid cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved the balance taste of those cheese. It was a perfect compliment to the charcuterie board I made for a party. It didn’t melt in our warm kitchen. And was easily stored in the fridge. The taste was not overly salty or acidly but I really liked the grass fed option. The cheese was easily cut and didn’t crumble.

My kids also enjoy slices as part of their lunch. I have grated it and used it in baked potato soup soup and it gives such boost of flavor and melts very easily.

It only has 4 simple ingredients, yet the taste is fabulous with a rich, nutty, and buttery flavor. The combined flavors just busted and melty in your mouth. I used it to make cheesy pasta for my kids, and they loved it. The portion is just right, and it is easy to melt while cooking. No lumpy at all. It is my new favorite cheddar cheese now.
