Sent new glass panels
Instead of sending a new light since the first one was cracked, they just mailed glass panels without instructions. I sat frustrated for over an hour with my husband trying to figure this out. I’m thinking I should have just gone to the Kichler website. The light itself is beautiful but expecting customers to figure this out without instructions is ridiculous.
