Kohler Kitchen Faucet 25 Mm Single Handle

The package is flimsy. I had to return two of them before I got one that wasn’t in pieces. No instructions. not even about the lever that controls whether it limits the handle’s motion to allow fully hot water or not fully hot..

This product failed immediately. Plastic tabs broke upon installation.

At first the valve worked like a new faucet by then within 2 weeks it has become sticky and leads me to not buy Kohler in the future🥺

This is the 2nd one this year. Along with all the other inferior parts sent to us on the "liftetime warranty" that never hold up (faucet heads, hoses, etc) we should have gone with Moen when we renovated our home.

It turns out that my slow flowing faucet was caused by tiny debris caught in a trap in the hose. Just google the problem and you’ll find a great YouTube video. It’s a ten minute fix.

you should sell these cartridges by the dozen given how often they need to be changed.

I installed a new Kohler kitchen faucet maybe 8 years ago. After several years the faucet valve became sticky to operate and made a squeaking noise when moved. I removed the handle and lubed the valve stem with WD-40. It did not have as much effect as hoped so I reapplied WD-40 and worked the valve motion repeatedly several times. It was better but still not smooth and quiet like new. I put the handle on and after a short period of normal use it became smooth and quiet. Now several years later it has started leaking from the handle when the valve is opened and recently it has begun to get sticky and squeaky again. I am hopeful that the purchase and installation of a replacement valve will be improved from the original valve and work for many years!

Purchased kitchen faucet valve when original failed. Did not receive valve, but was charged on credit card. Figured out another way to fix faucet.

I asked a question on what the problem might be with my faucet, I got the answer and also a new valve which I didn't ask for but needed. Great service and my faucet is fine now.

Twice now, the cartridge is leaking- one of the instances I came home from vacation to find a large puddle under my sink and damage to the cabinetry. The sprayer feature for the same faucet has also been replaced with aftermarket part due to drips. Poor quality faucet with a high price. Next time I will choose a different brand.

Seriously, that's what the email asked me: Do you love it? No, I don't love that I had to replace the plastic valve in a (3) year old kitchen faucet from what has traditionally been considered a high end kitchen and bath supply company. And I don't love that I could not buy the plastic part at the building supply store that I bought the faucet from.

After 10 years with Delta faucets and not a single issue, I had the itch to upgrade all our showers ana faucets to Kohler. Well, at least I thought it was an upgrade. Our sinks have been problematic since the very beginning. Same thing as all the other reviews here. The quality is so poor they need constant maintenance, and the design of the product is so poor the maintenance is extremely difficult to do on your own. I've spent hundreds on plumber costs. The next time I need the plumber out, we will be replacing all our Kohler items with Delta. Can't be more disappointed. Buyer beware!

Our faucet handle was getting difficult to turn on and make minor adjustments to the flow rate. Replacing this valve did the trick! Back to normal use, easy to turn on and off and make adjustments

I bought this valve to fix a leaking faucet - I had some difficulties removing some of the parts due to mineral build-up but was able to do it on my own just by following the installation videos. Very happy with the results and the product!
