Fresh, creamy and finely shredded

Very disappointed
This was a very poor substitute for Parmesan. It’s so dry. And Kraft continues to use cellulose powder to prevent clumping. (Better brands do not. Many are using potato starch. Here’s what cellulose is: Cellulose (C6H10O5)n is refined wood pulp. It is a white, free-flowing powder. Chemically, it is an inert substance, is not degraded during digestion and has no appreciable absorption. In large quantities it provides dietary bulk and may lead to a laxative effect. No thank you.

I love cheese and I buy this shredded 🧀 cheese on a regular basis for use in keto recipes. The flavor is good and it very convenient to have on hand. If you're looking for a good parm I would definitely suggest this one and ill buy it again (I did earlier this week)
