Creamy, light cottage cheese that’s easy to digest since it’s lactose-free. A great source of protein (13g) and perfect for both sweet or savory pairings. The packaging is practical and conveys freshness.
It’s very good!!

This Lactaid cottage cheese is very creamy and has a wonderful flavor. You cannot even guess that it lacks lactose the texture is amazing!!! As a vegetarian, I recently discovered that I needed to add more protein to my diet, and though I have eliminated all other dairy from my diet, this gives me a little more each day. Excellent product.
Love, love, love this product!

I am lactose intolerant and LOVE all dairy products. I was really suffering for years as I couldn't eat any dairy. The day I discovered there actually is a lactose free cheese, I literally floated! Thank you so much. I love the taste of the cottage cheese, its totally authentic. My only question is: Why don't you produce a Lactaid cream cheese? Except to Green Valley (very expensive!) nobody else produces an ALL MILK lactose free cream cheese. I will be waiting....
It's delicious!

LACTAID Cottage Cheese is a game changer for anyone who is lactose intolerant. The texture is smooth and creamy, and it tastes fresh without any weird aftertaste. It works great in both savory and sweet dishes — I’ve tried it with fruits and also in a salad, and it blended perfectly. The packaging is easy to use and keeps it fresh for days. Finally, a dairy product that doesn’t cause discomfort and still tastes amazing!

Delicious cottage cheese. Even if I could tolerate lactose I would still buy this. To me, it tastes better than all the others I’ve ever eaten. I eat it as a dip with gluten free crackers or I eat it with avocado. I really look forward to it everyday. Keeps me full and energized.

I live on this stuff. It’s one of the few healthy foods my stomach can tolerate. Plus it’s so versatile in the different ways you can prepare and eat it. I hope this will always be available and I love the taste.
Love it!

The best cottage cheese for us that are lactose intolerant. I love cottage cheese and can finish a container in 2 days. I have no tummy aches or reactions after eating this.
Which is it - Lactose-Free or Regular Milk????????

Unlike other Lactaid products, the cottage cheese does not specify that it is lactose-free. Upon reading the ingredients, it seems like regular milk is used and a lactose enzyme is added. If I wanted to take a lactose supplement and if they worked on my severe lactose intolerance, I would buy regular cottage cheese at half the price. Please tell me I'm wrong but if I'm not, this could be the cause of two days of intestinal suffering.

As someone who has an intolerance to lactose, this product allows me to continue eating my favourite foods without the ill-effects. This cottage cheese has a great texture and a subtle flavour. Perfect on toast or served with eggs.

I bought this cottage cheese several times because it was cheaper than another lactose free brand. However after reviewing the ingredients and seeing the stuff added to it like Xanthan gum, Locust bean gum and Guar gum I’ll go back to buying the other brand which only has ingredients I would expect to see in cottage cheese Iike milk, cream, salt and lactase.
So Disappointing

I enjoy several lactaid products but the cottage cheese is a one and done. The taste is not enjoyable at all and we powered through eating container so our money didn’t go to waste. I will stick with the sour cream and your milk.

I don’t typically eat cottage cheese but I got a Ninja Creami to make healthy ice cream and cottage cheese was a suggested ingredient. Because I can’t tolerate dairy, I found Lactaid to use. It tastes pretty good alone and has made my ice cream very creamy. For my recipe I use 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, cup of cashew milk, scoop of protein powder, and some extra sweetener to taste.

I agree with so many reviews on here. I just found this product and haven't had cottage cheese in over 15 years. I rely on this product for breakfast, lunch and snack additions of protein and I'm so grateful to have it. It must taste good my family kept eating it not remembering it was lactaid product. I would definitely eat more and much prefer to have a one or two percent product. 4% as a nutrition educator, is just too high of a fat content. We need some fat but that's a lot of fat and calories.
Tastes like it's dairy-containing counterpart!

My mom is obsessed with this cottage cheese! I love Lactaid, because it carries the same taste and texture of drlaory products, without the GI-upsetting lactose. This cottage cheese follows suit, tasting just like the cottage cheese you grew up with, and acting like it too. We use it plain, on toast with salt + olive oil + balsamic, and blended up in pancakes. Tub is a bit pricier than the lactose containing stuff, but not by much and for the same amount if not a bit less.
considerably less healthy

not interested in 4% and now unable to find 1%. creamy or not, that much saturated fat and additional calories are not what i'm looking for in cottage cheese.
