Layer Cake's Pinot Noir is sourced 100% from California’s Central Coast appellation, with grape's receiving warm morning sun followed by cool Pacific Ocean winds. This means longer ripening and extended hang time on the vine, resulting in intense aromatics and a great balance of acidity. Layer Cake wines are rich, flavorful wines with layers of texture, true to their varietal and their region of origin.

This is great wine for a cheap price. Pretty sweet, not dry, and no hangover lol since most wines tend to give me a migraine for some reason.
