Q: What's this company have against fenugreek. Is there something I don't know? I also loved how it was making me smell good,
A: Fenugreek is a bit of a mixed bag! For some parents, it works well to increase breast milk production, but for others, it has no effect or even decreases milk production. It can also cause gassiness/stomach upset in mom and baby, lower blood sugar, cause a maple syrup smell in mom's sweat and urine, and negatively impact the thyroid hormone. Q: Is this FSA eligible?
A: I recommend contacting your provider first because some medical costs for products that assist breastfeeding parents are approved, but not all. Nursing and pumping bras, for example, are not covered. If approved, the FSA/HSA provider may ask for a letter from your doctor, and/or for something as simple as the itemized invoice for the purchase. Be Legendairy!

Q: Can these products be taken with other fenugreek products?
A: We usually suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days. Some women prefer to take a combo of products but the only downside to that is it makes it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing it for 7-10 days you have the option to combine them. Be Legendairy!

Q: Can i just take 2 capsules daily, instead of 3x a day?
A: Yes, you could start with a lower dosage and increase if necessary.
