Team members with lack of common sense need training

I’d would think that team members would use their brain when they have to ship items. But they don’t. So at least provide them with training in how to ship items. This box arrived broken and in bad condition, should’ve been shipped in a box not in a poly mailer bag.

Do Better Target

The actual product itself is nice and fits a lot of storage. However, the latch is very cheap and can come off easy. My real problem was with Target. I had originally ordered this as a drive up order. When the employee handed me my bag and I looked at the item, it was broken and the latch was not in the bag. I contacted customer service to help with this issue and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. When the item arrived, it had no protective packaging and the latch came off ONCE again. Luckily, the latch came off in the box so I was able to fix it myself. However, it was incredibly frustrating.

GET THEM BEFORE they get discontinued.
