lampsplus has a very high level of service. On-line service is very informed on their products and made the extra effort to check on a question that I had. They called back the next morning with an answer and took my order over the phone. They are very pleasant and professional to work with.

This is truly a stunning fixture. I needed something transitional that presented modern but respected the tradition of a classic NY city brownstone (for parlor entry - 2nd level / stoop). This was perfect. However, I was surprised that this fixture did not have a bottom such that if you stand underneath it, you look into the fixture vs. looking at a base.
