Unfortunate
I gifted this beautiful heart ring to my wife for her birthday to remember the tiny beating heart of our first pregnancy that resulted in miscarriage. After one day of wearing it, it snagged on something when she was getting into the car and bent out of shape. She was really sad about it and hasn’t worn it since. It is really beautiful and special to her, but much more fragile than expected. Any chance at a refund or replacement? I would love to give this ring a new 5 star rating!

Made By Mary's is flat enough that it never gets caught but it still so cute. I have worn it every single days since I bought it!
