Love these sunglass readers! They are so comfortable and allow easy reading while still being able to see ann undistorted view of everything else around you.

Love the glasses. Looks good feels good works good. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the entire product is plastic. That threw me off a little, all my other Maui Jim, have some metal.

I've had Maui Jim's for years. Decided to get a new pair.

The Ho'okipa Reader Sunglasses by Maui Jim is a splendid one. My wife has a brown non-reader Ho'okipa, and I thought they were nice when she got them. That was how I got to know, and why got hooked on Maui Jim sunglasses. They are light weight and flexible, and their unbreakable nature makes them more attractive to me because my sunglasses usually break easily in my pocket. The design of the case is so awesome and creative, not like the previous cases which were a bit bulky, this new case can be folded easily and fits perfectly in my pocket, so my sunglasses are safe when i put them in my pocket. The reader is a great idea to me because my sight gets blurry at times, but the reader makes prints very clear and bold; and the concept is new to me. Great innovation.

Excellent glasses, very stylish, light, and comfortable. The reader lens is low and out of the way for normal use, and I appreciate these as off-the-shelf readers are usually junky and cheap. I love the form and fit of Maui Jim glasses, and these do not disappoint! Available in brown and black combinations for lenses and frames, and available without reader bifocals too.

Very pleased with my sun glasses especially being able to read using the bi-focal saves having to carry a separate pair for reading.

These glasses look terrific. They are very clear and sharp. There is no distortion or wavy lines. I was disappointed that the reader portion was so small and wish it was a little larger.

I’m so glad I paid for 2nd day air and it’s taken 5 days to arrive.

The glasses are great - but the reader section is just too small. You have to look down your nose to use them and even then its just not enough. I wish there was an option to either get a larger portion as readers or buy some that are 100% readers.

I like them so much, I bought another pair with a different lens color for different sunlight conditions.

I was anticipating entire or half readers but much smaller area takes time to get used to. Very useful. Mostly regular sunglasses with insert for reading and would have liked larger magnified area.

I have the Ho’okipa in both Hawaii Lava and Blue Hawaii lens color. Blue Hawaii is perfect for those bright sunny days. My eyes are sensitive to bright sunny days. This lens helps my eyes to be comfortable. The Hawaii Lava lens are for overcast bright days where the sun beeps in and out, cloudy bright days. This lens will make a brighter view whereas the Blue Hawaii are a bit on the darker side with faint yellow tint on bright overcast days. Love them both for different purposes. Stylish as well.
