The milk tastes fresh and creamy without being too heavy. I like that it has a rich natural flavor-perfect for cereal, coffee, or just a cold glass on its own. My family and I really enjoyed this milk! It is rich and creamy even the 2%. I don't usually drink milk by itself but I drank a glass and it was good. The price of the gallon I think is reasonable and I have switched to this brand every time we need more milk. The milk jug is easy to open and pour. I would recommend this milk to my friends and family.
