A: Hi Cliff - No, this particular box is just a regular cereal. The milk will only turn green from the marshmallows in specially marked packages of Lucky Charms. Hope this information helps.

Q: Why are there 2 lists of nutrition facts? If 1 cup of cereal has 12 gms of sugar, why is the second column more?

A: Hi Rania- Good question - we’re glad you asked. The gelatin in our marshmallow marbits pieces is made from pork collagen. Collagen as an additive is tasteless and clear, and is used in many types of food. Big G cereals that contain marbits include Lucky Charms, Chocolate Lucky Charms, Count Chocula, Boo Berry and Frankenberry.

Once again, Chick-fil-A stood as a closed temple of temptation, mocking me from behind locked doors and “Closed on Sunday” signs. Hunger demanded a substitute, and in a moment of cereal-inspired inspiration, I reached for a box of Lucky Charms. As I poured the colorful pieces into my bowl, my spirits lifted — my charms inflated with joy, shimmering with promise like tiny treasures in a sea of milk. Each spoonful felt like redemption… until reality struck. The sweetness faded, the marshmallows dissolved, and the crunch gave way to soggy defeat. My once-magical breakfast kingdom crumbled before my eyes. My charms — once inflated with joy — were demolished, and I was left with nothing but empty milk and regret.

Ruined my Sunday
Ewww! I have loved Lucky Charms for years- we couldn't have it as children so as an adult I find it to be a breakfast treat. I have always loved the marshmallows and even the "healthy part". Why did they have to change the "healthy part"? It is now waxy and fake tasting. The first bite into this flavor of Lucky Charms just ruined my Sunday. Definitely throwing the box away.

Terrible change
So annoyed that they have messed with the ratio of marshmallows to cereal ratio. The large rainbows throw everything off and are not necessary. It’s a total marketing gimmick fail.

Cereal Is Different
The picture on the box makes it look like the regular cereal, but it’s completely different. They’re much smaller and tastes very different. Doesn’t taste like birthday cake at all and the kids did not like it. Very disappointing.

Lucky Charms is my favorite cereal!! I love the marshmallows and the new mega rainbows are the best!! Keep them around! The only irritating thing is the Shrinkflation all you manufacturers participate in!! So greedy you only care about profits and not giving us a decent box. Why do you need MEGA’s etc.! It’s frustrating!

Food dyes
I tried this recently. It tastes good and U like that it's gluten free. However,, I U don't like the fact that the dyes turn your stoo green. What's the deal!? Regular size and chocolate don't do that...!!

Worst cereal ever, too sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was probably the worst cereal I've ever tasted, and after barely finishing one Bowl I ended up donating the rest... The regular cereal itself was way too sweet and left a lingering buttery taste in my mouth, and the sprinkles of rainbow were incredibly sweet to the point of disgust and I am sad because I had such high hopes. I started out eating the cereal with the rainbow sprinkles, and I couldn't finish the bowl so I threw it out, and made a bowl where I sorted out the rainbow sprinkles, to eat the cereal raw and I couldn't even finish that bowl either. I love sweets but this was not a treat

Sweet Treat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had Lucky Charms in quite some time, so we were excited to try this new flavor. Rainbow Sprinkles was delicious. The cereal was lite and airy with tiny sprinkles. The cereal is birthday cake flavor. The addition of the flavor totally makes the cereal taste great as a sweet treat. I also like that the cereal is not dense like I remember traditional Lucky Charms. The marshmallows were plentiful and distributed throughout the cereal. Now I will say you don’t need much and this is definitely not something you should eat daily but it’s a nice treat for breakfast or snack occasionally.

Only giant rainbows! What!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a giant over priced box of the jumbo rainbow lucky charms. I was beyond disappointed when I discovered my cereal had only giant rainbows in it and no other charms!

Birthday cake cereal lovers rejoice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it was pretty good for the most and was pretty spot-on for the birthday cake flavor. The marshmallows tasted the same, and the birthday cake flavor was more in the other pieces. It was okay; not sure if I would repurchase. I didn't feel like there was anything more different or special about it for me to get this one instead of the regular Lucky Charms, but if you do like birthday cake-flavored things, definitely go for this!
