    Nostalgia in a Bowl

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn’t had Rice Krispies in so long! They still “snap crackle and pop” - bringing back nostalgia & memories. They do get soggy quickly, but I like the taste and don’t mind the texture. Prep is fast and simple. I tried with slices of banana the next day. I like that It can be customizable to your liking, eaten alone with milk, or to snack right from the box. All this to say, this cereal is very versatile. I plan on using the other half to make a small batch of Rice Krispie Treats with marshmallows. YUM!

These are great for a quick bowl of cereal, although they get soggy fairly quick in milk but it doesn’t bother me much. But I love them even more for making one of the best easy sweet treats of all time - homemade Rice Krispy treats! The combo of cereal with marshmallows is so delicious. I love that these only have 4 simple ingredients and that they aren’t packed with sugars. They’re one of the healthier cereal options.

    Rock hard pieces

    Used to love rice krispies, but lately the batches i’ve gotten have been awful. the cereal is little rock hard pieces, literally hurts to eat, and tastes so bland. not sure if it’s a recipe change, but i miss the old taste of them.
