Really crummy shipment
Ordered two boxes of Golden Grahams and when I opened one of them the bag inside was open a little and there were cereal crumbs all over inside the box. In order to get a refund or another box I would have to drive this box all the way back to Target (a forty-five minute drive for me) and that’s just not worth it, so I guess I’m out of luck. Thanks for nothing, Target.

Good Cereal
What I liked is the simplicity yet deliciousness of this cereal. Of course I remember watching Saturday morning cartoons as a child and those were great memories. Although this cereal didn’t bring me back to that moment, what it did do was it kept me in the present moment. Even tho sometimes my mind wanders when I eat. And for that alone I give it a 4 star ⭐️ review.

Was Retro better!?!
Granted, I don’t really remember what Golden Grahams used to taste like but this just wasn’t that good. They kind of have a burnt taste to them. I fell like it needs more sweetness added.

Too Bitter
I’m not sure why they brought back the retro recipe but it’s not that great. It’s not as sweet as I’ve grown accustomed to. Definitely love that it maintains a good crunch until I finish the bowl. But please bring back the newer recipe.

Retro Recipe Golden Grahams
Maybe I’m not old enough to recognize what Golden Grahams used to taste like, or maybe the “retro recipe” just isn’t all that good, but I was really disappointed by this. It just doesn’t taste right. Instead of being a sunny welcoming cereal that I’d as happily eat for dinner as I would for breakfast, this cereal is heavy-tasting, and I feel like it has a grudge against someone or something. The texture is almost aggressively hard, too, even after it’s been sitting in milk for a while. If you’ve ever eaten Captain Crunch, you know that stuff *never* gets soft, and a bowl of it will shred the inside of your mouth. Retro Recipe Golden Grahams is almost as bad. I’ll finish the box, because I hate to waste food, but I’m not looking forward to it. I hope this “Retro Recipe” thing was just a limited promotion. I adore regular Golden Grahams, but I wouldn’t have another box of the Retro if you paid me.

I’m hoping I just got a bad batch - the color was too dark, and it was not the flavor I grew up on. It almost tastes like it was burned. It’s still super-crunchy though, so I’ll finish the box.

favorite
this is my favoite cereal and i've tried a lot of cereal i still come back to this. i love using it as a topping for my yogurt. i love that it doesnt get soggy before your finished pouring your milk. it's has the right amount of sweetness and perfect crunch.

I’m 40, and this is my favorite cereal. I used to eat it while watching Saturday AM cartoons! My own children think this brand “tastes burnt”, but they prefer Cinnamon Toast Crunch (so who can trust ‘em? Lol)
