Poor shipping packaging
Great cereal, but Target has no idea on how to package items for shipping. Completely smashed by other heavy items in the box.

Horrible Food Product
I had been eating the corn flakes product for 40 years. The past 3 years this product has been overwhelmingly awful. Inconsistent texture, flake shapes, coloring, burnt, hard as rock, chemical smells on cereal and the plastic inner bags, etc. I stopped eating these altogether now but my daughter has a medical condition that limits her food type. I buy upwards of 30 boxes every week and 80-90% gets thrown in the garbage for the above reasons.

Hard Pieces Unacceptable
I have been eating your corn flakes for many, many years. The last couple of years I have encountered very hard, solid pieces in my morning bowl. These could easily break a tooth at worst, or at best be found and discarded. The quality is definitely not what it used to be. What a disappointment! I’m done!

Great
Such a great value compared to other stores. Almost twice the amount for half the price. Quality cereal that hasn't changed flavor since I was a child.

Bioengineered products….no thank you
Soggy and almost a bubbly, air texture….what on earth changed?? Apart from being made in the USA…… and bioengineered ingredients???? You just lost a life long customer, I will not willingly put bioengineered products into my household, especially when the UK version doesn’t use them.

Hard flakes
Love corn flakes but the last two boxes have extremely crunchy flakes in them that feel like I’m going to break my teeth! I have to chew carefully and while some are light and crispy, others are thick and solid and very hard to bite. Not sure if this is a recipe change or just a bad couple batches? If this continues I won’t be buying anymore

Bad cereal
Have been enjoying Corn Flakes for years but recently bought a box and was very disappointed. It tastes burnt, is hard and milk doesn’t soften the cereal. The box is an 18oz size and is dated Aug 25 2026 KLB 017 13:47

What did you do to them? Awful now.
OK. What did you do. I have IBS you say cornflakes are safe. Suddenly not. I didn’t eat them for a month. Opened my container they stink. No other word for it. No they’re not bad. In an airtight container. And they stick to my teeth. What DID you do? Why mess with perfection. Change the recipe back. Please.

Experation Date
These cornflakes have an expiration date of August 8th 2025! This is July 29th 2025...I will have to return them and get a credit. There is no way you can accept and almost outdated product. I'm 87 years old and I use drive up so I won't have to walk in the store. I think they should credit my account for the cornflakes and save me a trip back to customer service.
