Doesn't work and can't get customer service to replace it

This item did not work on arrival. Customer service refuses to respond to replace item. It has been almost 3 months and many many emails. I am disputing the purchase through my credit card. Hopefully writing a negative review will get them to respond.
Did the valve turned on as scheduled

There is no way to find out if the value is doing it's scheduled setting, and the only way I managed to get a scare at sunset was the sound of water rushing through home pipes. I would recommend an analog counter for every time the valve gets in a On position, with a manual button to reset the counter.

We bought 14 of these for our raised vegetable garden beds and like how they do start on sunrise. However with the hot hot weather 120 minutes early morning watering isn't enough and there isn't a way to add another start time for the timer. So we have to manually start each one again mid day. We might try to change our soaker house out to regular size instead of 1/4" to see if that will soak at a faster rate. But again have to mess with it once again. Out of the 14, one hasn't been working just recently; bought them 3 weeks ago. So yes they do work but not the best for our current situation.
This product is a game changer for me.

This timer only goes on for a set time after sunrise, so if you want something more advanced look elsewhere. However, dawn is an optimal time for a good soaking, so it really can handle the bulk of the watering for the garden. I used this to control a snip n drip system from Gardeners Supply and I'm thrilled.

I am using this to do a daily watering of my bonsai and my raised tubs. I haven't had it that long but so far so good.

This is convenient and easy. The one flaw is that when it is cloudy in the middle of the day or even raining, it will turn on because it's using a light sensor and it is tricked into thinking it's 5am. #sweepstakes
