The Georgia Boot Amplitude Composite Toe Waterproof Work Boot is a sporty Hiker that will also do the job of a work boot. This 6 inch black boot has a full-grain leather upper that is soft and makes it easy to break in. The heel and toe are made of rubber that is durable and built to hold up through tough jobs.This boot meets ASTM F2413 Standards for Protective toe and Electrical hazard classifications. The Ergo-Fit Safety toe design is made to match the contours of your feet providing superior comfort and flexibility. The outsole is both oil and slip-resistant for secure footing on the job.These were built with a cement construction that helps make these boots light and comfortable. It also features the Georgia waterproof system and inside has a high performance mesh lining. There is also the AMP (Advance Memory Polyurethane) insole. Nice comfortable boot

Excellent boot, nice traction even on a wet metal surface, comp toe area is roomy and doesn’t cut into the foot. Wear for 12 hours with no fatigue.

So excited just to be left disappointed

I Bought this boot for work a month ago. I thought I wa getting one of the best boots I have ever purchased. Boy was I wrong. All though extremely comfortable. These boots fell apart with in a week. The toe box was tearing on day one. The leather seems fake. The only reason is getting two stars is because they’re so comfortable.

Unreal comfort! Great price! Typical boot lifespan

I've been in commercial construction for 22 years with an avg. of 10,000 steps a day on every surface from concrete to rebar mats to quarry spawl. I bought these boots 5 or 6 months ago and out of the box they were the most comfortable boot I've ever put on. The lifespan with the workload I put on them is about 6 months after 2 months I had bought a second pair to be my main rainy day pair. The reinforced stitching on either side of the toe box was the first to fail on my shoes. Like I said I can still wear them on dry days. The sole system is incredibly well designed for 10 hr days on your feet.

Poor quality

My dad bought these shoes less three months ago and they are already falling apart. I am upset with this purchase so is my dad. These boots are not durable like the advertisement. They are not for work more like for casual wear. This was a waste of my money.

Comfort

Husband had ankle surgery in 2023 and has not been able to walk around and stand comfortably in other work boots. He spoke highly of Georgia boots, so I got him a pair of these to help with work and as a early Valentines Day gift. He says they’re comfortable and has helped a lot with the ankle pain. These boots aren’t his first pair of Georgia boots, so he has already gotten use to the weight. I am pleased with the boots to know that it had helped ease my husband’s ankle pain.

Not worth the money

I picked up these 1 month ago (if that) and the toe of the boots is ripped and the stitching is falling apart. I work in a tire shop and they couldn't handle that.

Great boot

I bought a pair of these Amplitude boots and right off the box they felt great. I spend sometime with them on the store before completing the sale and I was amazed at how comfortable these boots are. I honestly had planned to buy a pair of ariats but I tried these Georgia boots and was sole. They came with their AMP insole which I is ridiculous comfortable insole. It was a suggestion from a coworker years back before buying these boots. I have been wearing them at work for the couple of days and they do not disappoint. With the inclement weather we’re dealing in Texas, these boots are standing up to the test. I’m a driver and I have put them through puddles and slippery surfaces and these boots are awesome. No slips and fully waterproof. They are a bit pricey but they are well worth it, planning to buy another pair just to have twos pairs since they are super comfy. To breaking in time needed they feel great from the start. Would definitely recommend and would buy them again.

More comfortable then my Red Wing’s

Just bought these and they are the most comfortable work boot I’ve ever put on! I own a pair of comparable Red Wings and they aren’t as comfortable as these. Highly recommend! Also, they run big. I wear a size 14 men’s in sneakers and I fit perfectly in a 13.

garbage toe guard

I have had these boots only 2 weeks, the "durable toe guard on the exterior of the boot is a joke! Honestly I think it is made from water balloon rubber, and stitched with silly string. I had to work from my knees for about a half hour which caused the toes to drag on plywood for a short time...I now have 4 tears in this nonsense rubber toe guard, and the stitching broke loose as well on more than just the toe. the only reason that it has any stars on this review is that they are very comfortable, even right out of the box... granted, it has only been two weeks.

Fell apart

The stitching around the toe started coming apart after 6 months. I’ve had them about 8 months now and I’ve had to glue the leather on the toe back down. They are comfortable but not worth the price tag if they’re just going to fall apart.

Not good boots

I have some pull on Georgia boots some of my all time favorites. However I always purchase a different brand work boot. I thought I would give these a try. Bad idea. Leather is already looking like trash. Seams are starting to fray. The laces are trash. The whole design of the top eyelet is terrible. The leather quality makes these just look and feel cheap. First and last Georgia work boot purchase.

Comfortable, but not durable

I bought these boots for myself as a Christmas gift for myself, and now in May they're already coming apart. The seams around the toes have gotten torn up, and are no longer waterproof. I agree with another review that the soles wear out entirely to quickly. These boots are very comfortable, but they just aren't made for real work. I am completely disappointed with my purchase. Too expensive for the quality.

Best work boots ever

I tried different work boots but had no luck finding one that were comfortable. I am on my feet for at least 11 hours a day and every time I would take my other boots off I used to have pain in my feet. All of that stopped with my new Georgia Boots. Super comfortable and light weight.
