Bad outsoles

Outsoles are very bad they broke with less than a month of wear.the are falling off and get damaged very easily

We’re sorry to hear this. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have with your boots. Our boots are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing flaws, defective materials, and workmanship under normal use. Since the outsoles started breaking down in less than a month, we recommend filing a warranty claim for review. If your boots were purchased from an authorized seller, please contact that seller first. If they were purchased directly from Durango’s site, or if the seller is unable to assist, please contact our Customer Service team for next steps and a return authorization number. Please have your proof of purchase available. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to help get this taken care of!
