This 8-inch pull-on boot features a waterproof lock-down zipper closure system on the upper, with a Velcro stretch collar for custom fit. A 5mm CR Flex-Foam neoprene liner is waterproof with exceptional comfort, flexibility, shock absorption and heat retention properties.     A boot this combat vet can finally wear

    I am a below knee amputee so it’s hard to find boots that fit. Your boots were easy to put onto the fake foot and comfortable for all day wear. Thanks for making a great boot and will recommend to all my military buffies

    WILL NEVER BUY MUCK BOOTS AGAIN

    I would leave zero stars if I could. Bought these for my husband for work. He’s had them for a month and one of the straps pulled off and one of the zippers is not functional. The worst boots he has ever had. Will never repurchase Muck Boots of any kind.

    Poor quality

    I got these as a gift and the fit was great. Quality on the other hand is terrible. Hadn’t had them less than a month and one of the straps along the top pulled off and one of the zippers is no longer functional.

    Warm and dry

    I bought Men's Apex Mid Zip Ankle Boot as a gift for my husband. He loves them. He wore them snowplowing for 19 hours. He said they were perfect. His feet didn’t sweat, they were comfortable, kept his feet dry and just warm enough when he had to shovel side walks. Easy to put on. The zipper feature works well if you have difficulty with just a high slip on type boot.

    A trip to Nelsonville convinced me.

    This boot is exactly what I was looking for. It slips on easily and keeps the feet warm and completely dry. Looking at it's construction, I am expecting many years of service.

    Poor Design and Quality

    i believe this boot is the worst boot i have ever purchased made by Muck Boots, these are suppose to have the scree collar to prevent chaffing and it flat out doesn't. and after only wearing the boot five times the end of the toes have started to seperate, lot of money for such poor quality and thats shocking because all my other Mucks are awesome, just cant say tht about this boot

    Shoddy construction. Not recommended.

    The zipper was defective on my boots. It stopped working after wearing the boot four or five times. Not ideal.

    Great boot to wear to work on rainey days.

    I own 3 pairs of woody Max boots, 1 pair of chore classic mid work boots, but I definitely will be wearing these on any rainy days or walks around town or my farm. These are quickly becoming my favorite's. Comforatable, versatilie, good looking and excellent traction. Awesome boot. Highly recomend.

    They cut into my leg!

    The boots cut into my leg when wearing them. I even tried wearing 2 pairs of socks for padding, and they still did it. I thought that they might need more time to break in, but it got worse the more that I wore them.

    Comfortable. Zippers are their Achilles heal.

    These boots work pretty well in soggy and snowy conditions. Their problem is the zipper gets easily stuck. I've washed them with soap and water and a nylon brush. That didn't really help much. I spent over 25 minutes on hold with customer service and they really didn't give me a great answer. They recommended "Zipper lubricant". "What is that" I replied. "Try WD-40" they said? I'm not sure that is the best thing on rubber, but I'll give it a go?

    good product, not great though

    first time I get them, they are ok so far, I work in landscape. slippery sole and the fabric part around the ankle should be higher therefore water coming down from the pants don't get in the boot

    Definitely my go to boot for wet weather.

    The Apex Mid Zip was my fourth pair of Muck Boots. As I expected they fit my wider foot perfectly and the hassle free zip up is very convenient. A unexpected surprise was how breathable they are! I would definitely recommend buying a pair.

    poor zipper

    I just recently purchased and the boots look great and feel great but the zippers are trash. Only the first couple times of wearing did the zipper work after that the one on left split from the bottom and the one on right boot is stuck and I can't get it to move.
