Merejka Hydrangea K-178 Counted Cross-Stitch Kit

Stitch a stunning floral composition with this Merejka counted cross-stitch kit — Hydrangea captures a full bouquet of blue, pink, and lilac hydrangea blooms in a glass vase, with a small starfish and a butterfly resting beside it on a pale surface. Worked on Zweigart 16-count white Aida fabric using premium DMC threads in 40 carefully matched shades, this botanical design is rich in color, texture, and graceful detail. Why this kit: 40 DMC shades cover the full blue-to-pink color shift that makes hydrangeas so distinctive; the glass vase and starfish add still-life realism beyond a simple floral study; the white fabric keeps the finished piece bright and versatile for any room. Kit includes: Zweigart canvas, DMC threads, John James needles, and a colour chart, plus two pattern versions — with and without backstitches — so the preferred level of detail can be chosen. Counted cross-stitch is worked by following the colour chart and placing each stitch on the gridded Aida fabric with the indicated DMC thread color; the backstitch version defines the vase outline, petal edges, and starfish texture, while the version without backstitches relies on soft color blending. Work section by section until the design is complete, then frame it as wall art. Finished size: 28.5x25.5 cm (11.22x10.04 in), creating a generous artwork that looks stunning when framed. An elegant project for home display and a thoughtful handmade gift for flower lovers and needlework enthusiasts.
