They sharpen correctly and don't leave the wrapper, wood or lead at a weird angle like all others do. The lead holds up and makes the writing cleaner, clear and nicer. The fun colors also make kids love holding them and writing with them more. They are far superior to any other pencil brand and I will continue to only buy them for school..

Can even use them to write on your calendars. I was nerding out about that. Because it seems so hard to find a pencil to write on the slippery paper. Oh and they're pre sharpened another thing I love!! Because I hate trying to find a pencil sharpener in my house it is an endless battle to find one. But really these make my life easier when I need to write something down!
