[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful to have around a young pup who wants to chew everything. Deters further chewing when sprayed. Spray does have to be reapplied often, though.

When I begin a walk with my dog, he would constantly jump up and bite the leash, just excited to go for a walk, but frustrating and potentially a bite hazard to my hand. He knew to sit and wait as I attached the leash, but I had tried multiple training techniques and was about to purchase a chain leash but this Yucky bitter spray was the answer!! I sprayed it on the leash in the area he would bite, before attaching it to his collar. The first time I tried it, my pup bit the leash and made the funniest expression but did not attempt to jump and bite it a second time. The spray lasts a long time, many days went by and the same reaction; now he is still excited for our walks, but doesn't jump up to bite the leash at all. I am sure to praise him each time, and am so excited that I found this spray. I will say, if you get it on your hands, then eat a snack, you will know why your pup doesn't like it. LOL
