Awesome, after you remover water flow restrictor
feels good on the back. You must remove water flow restrictor in order to make this shower head a good experience.

Very good product, only has one issue.
The range of spray options is very good. The range of the head's movement up and down is not adequate, however, and I now have to stand at the very far end of my tub when I soap up in order to avoid being rinsed off as I scrub. It would be a 5-star review if that one improvement was made.

Bad Moen product.
I made the purchase of a Moen Hydro Energetix from a big box store. Installed the shower head , it lasted two months then stopped spraying. Store replaced with an identical head. I installed the new head . It sprayed for 30 seconds then completely stopped spraying. This will be the last Moen product I purchase.

Truly lives up the claim of more pressure/force!
We are in a lower pressure, well water scenario and so we were interested in the claim of a 40% boost in "force". We were not disappointed!! We could immediately feel the difference in pressure produced. It's NOT "beat you to death" pressure, but definitely much better and there are lots more settings to choose from. We also have a diverter in line for a wand unit.

Change the hard plastic packaging
I haven’t used the product enough to rate it, but this 1 star review is for the hard plastic packaging that is impossible to open!! I tried to us a scissors and still had a hard time pulling apart the package. I ended up with 3 cuts on my hand from sharp edges. I wonder if your CEO has tried to open the package?

Very Bad Experience with a Moen
Just installed yesterday and today only 2 settings worked. The rest was no action and simply dripping away.

Poor water flow
I just installed this product. It says it has 40% more force than other sprays, but that has not been our experience after 2 uses. The first flow setting (at about 4 o'clock) can only be described as "dribble." I don't think it's meant to work that way, but I installed it as required and there are no leaks.

Great design, easy installation
Just swapped out an old multi-function shower head for the Moen 8-setting Hydro Energetix - what a difference!! Flexible, swivel head provides great pressure from each setting. Have replaced various older faucets & other fixtures in our home with Moen products - always satisfied. And you can't beat the lifetime warranty.

It works and looks great
I already replaced my kitchen sink and bathroom sink faucets with Moen models that function well and look great. So, when I wanted to replace my old and worn shower head to me it was a no brainer. I bought one made by Moen!

Good Replacement Shower Head
Bought this a few weeks ago to replace the original that had too much built up calcium. The flow rate is less than the one that was replaced but with six spray options to choose from it performs better than the original. And, installation was a snap. No wrench needed, just hand tightened. Used a rag to get a better grip but that's just me.

Not someone that does much DIY, it only took me about a minute to install. Good flow and easy to adjust to the different settings.
