I love adding this goat cheese to salads. It is creamy and so delicious! My favorite is a spinach salad with blueberries, Good and Gather glazed pecans, raspberry vinaigrette and this goat cheese. Chefs kiss!

I usually buy the log of goat cheese but it was out so I decided to try the goat cheese crumbles. They were horrible. I could barely eat one piece of it. There was so much cellulose fibers that it was like eating hair. I won’t be buying this again.
