Shipped the wrong item. I saw on the internet multiple people saying they got the wrong item. It's been. Week and they haven't told me if they are going to fix it. 2 thumbs down

Was sent the wrong item! CS was useless. Wouldn't listen or cooperate! Still waiting for action to replace missing item! So cannot actually review product I've not received!

Target sent me two 3-pack blisters instead of my ETBs. Been a week since delivery and still haven’t received a decision on a refund. Horrible

Wrong product delivered. Customer service wasn’t the most helpful. Only offered a return of the wrong item or overpaying for a less valued product

Great Set!

They sent me the wrong item and no one will get back to my email or phone call. I made a complaint and called in and emailed them. Its been over a week and no response. I've reached out multiple times and they say they will reach out but never do. Reporting this to my bank now and wishing I could leave 0 stars.

I was fortunate to secure one of these during the pre-order window a month ago before the release date. However, when I finally received my order in the mail, I received a 3-pack blister instead of the ETB. On top of receiving the wrong item, the item was also damaged. With Target’s policy on returns/exchanges regarding TCGs, I basically got nowhere. I called customer service who said they would look into this issue, but couldn’t even provide me a case number to follow up. It’s been a big disappointment with all parts of buying Pokemon products from Target. It’s nearly impossible to order anything during their drops. Also, they can’t even pack/ship the correct item.

Worst customer service and experience wish I could leave 0 stars. Just like the other customers in these reviews I did not receive the correct product I purchased through target. I purchased two etbs and received two 3 pack booster blister… utterly insane how a lot of other customers experienced the same th ing as me. Spoke to customer service they told me they would reach out to me in 5 days. It’s been 6 days now and nothing has been resolved. Yet they’re still pushing this product and dropping more without them responding or resolving this issue.

Any ability to purchase trading cards is a win! Product arrived safe despite no packing material inside .
