Nanshing 7pc King Merle Comforter Set Gray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 7 piece comforter set from Nanshing is super cute in the picture but was not what I expected. First off, upon ordering, I seen that it came with 3 decorative pillows. Decorative pillows on my bed isn’t really my thing but I wasn’t gonna complain about cute pillows. Well I failed to realize one of the pillows said “Merbabe” on it. It’s cute, and I love mermaids but not really something I would buy, let alone put on a bed I share with my husband. Oh well no big deal. My main reason for the 2 star review… the quality of this comforter. I will say, this comforter is lightweight and airy while still being pretty fluffy compared to my previous fluffy comforter that was a bit on the heavy side. This comforter will keep you nice and cool in the summer time. But for me, it’s just too light weight and didn’t keep me warm enough while the ac and ceiling fan was on. As the material is a bit on the rough and scratchy side. I am a person that has to be cover to her ears with the blanket just to fall asleep, even in the dead of summer! But the fringe on this comforter drives me insane, so much that I have to put a second thinner blanket over this comforter just to keep the fringe from tickling my face while I sleep. My final reason for the low review is that I feel like once I wash this comforter, the fluffy filler lining on the inside will shift and warp cause uneven lumps and knots inside of my comforter making it ugly and lumpy.
