  • A: Puchased this for a second home. Barely used in the 3 months I purchased it. Decided to wash - as instructed - and all the color bled and I now have a tie dye comforter. Checked the soap - all purpose laundry soap - no bleach. Cool water used - the quality is very poor

Q: I bought the king size comforter but the included shams are standard size, is this normal?

  • A: Same. And I purchased 2 more just to make sure that they didn’t get swapped out on accident for standard and they are all the same. Not a true king sham. My king pillows barely fit without smashing them in and then it’s too tight and looks silly.

  • A: Not at all! waffle weave/cotton material is so lightweight must have in humid weather. You can use it with or without an insert. Beware Duvet rips redardless of how its washed.

    Love it!

    I love this comforter. It looks great. I knew it would be too large to dry in my own dryer so I took it to the laundromat and used one of the extra large dryers. It came out looking brand new. It was not a big deal for me but I can understand how it may not be ideal for some. It took 20 minutes and totally worth it.

    I paid for a NEW comforter and recieved and comforter that was used. Its disguisting.

    This comforter arrived used and clearly washed and stuffed into a plastic bag. The color is faded. The 2 pillow shams were balled up and stuffed into a plastic bag along with the comforter that was clearly washed. The comforter is all lumpy. This is completely unaceptable.
