Q: My local target had a tag on one of them that said the color was pecan brown. Is it a different color than the fig? It looks to be lighter than the fig color in the picture.

    Smells

    I have had this blanket since Sept. of 2025. One thing I have noticed is that while it feels nice and soft...since it has become warmer...it's developed a horrible wet dog smell. I wash and dry according to the directions, and it has only progressively become worse. For the price tag...I do not recommend this product.

    Disappointed

    It’s a beautiful comforter, soft, pretty, feels luxurious. It’s cool to the touch. But I set down a dap washcloth on it which left a wet spot and dried into a water stain. That’s when I came here to look at reviews and saw all of the other reviews about the same issue. Sadly will be returning this. Im fine with paying this much for a luxurious comforter but not if it’s going to stain from just water!

    Stains so easily

    My wife and I have three sets of Casaluna sheets and love them so we decided to give this comforter a try- even after reading all the bad reviews. And it was such a mistake. It stains SO easily. And we don’t even know where the stains are coming from. We don’t let our dogs on the bed, we are obsessively clean people, and we don’t put dirty laundry on the bed when we change. DO NOT BUY THIS COMFORTER.

    Don't do it

    Slept the first night without washing it. Cool and comfortable, thought I finally found the perfect comforter. Washed it with free and clear laundry detergent. Stains everywhere. Put it through extra rinse cycle. So disappointed. I’ve been waiting over a year to catch this on sale. Now I’m out $100. Do better Casaluna and Target!!!

    amazing for hot sleepers

    i love this comforter so much. i tend to sleep very hot and i haven’t sweated once through the night with this so far. it’s also very cute and so far has been pretty durable.

    Rayon from Bamboo comforter

    Like it a lot! I have hot flashes nightly I needed a blanket that wasn’t a trigger & this one works wonders for me but this is my opinion everyone is different. Having a fan on the blanket keeps it cool for me too, my fluffy cat loves it so it must be good. 😆 I purchased the olive green, fig & gray. Ordering the sheets hope they’re just as good. It’s to early to review the washing & drying of comforter yet, I honestly don’t like washing it to soon, I like to change it out beforehand.
