A: Target staff support's answer "This Heavyweight pillow sham includes a pillow," is INCORRECT. THERE IS NO PILLOW. I will be returning. ALso their search function is very misleading.

The first sham I received was just sayin on the front so it was defective. Returned that one and received another one. We’ll see how it holds up. I have these shams in a lighter brown color and they’ve faded out so much I invoked the 1-year warranty twice and return them to Target and get replacements. Not exactly high quality or a brand that I can trust at this point.

I’m a big fan of the matching quilt and love the quilted material, but the zippers are super fragile and rip out of the flimsy material the back is made out of, especially when you try to put pillows inside. They ripped the first time I tried to wash them.

I ordered 2 of the shams in the warm brown color. When I opened the package. I noticed they were 2 different shades of brown. Then noticed they were 2 different sizes. I requested a replacement for 1 of them thinking surely I will have a match. NOPE. The replacement came and it was a completely different size and also a different shade. Kind of bummed, because I did like the set.
