  • A: After 10 months mine aren't flat, but are really misshapen and lumpy! As hard as I try, including machine wash and dry, I can't get them into a rectangular nor lump free shape. We get what we pay for.

    Misshapen on arrival

    I bought one of these pillows a year ago and I've been happy with it. It's not *exactly* overstuffed in the truest sense of the word but not your standard pancake-flat pillow either. I decided to get another when I saw it on sale but it arrived decidedly misshapen, with the filling all askew, one side high and lumpy and the other lower. What happened to it? It was clearly put into the shipping box in this condition because it was sent by its lonesome; i.e, nothing crushed it during shipment. Quite disappointed. I'm giving it three stars only because the first one was better.

    Most Comfortable Pillow

    I never ordered a firm pillow before, but this is exactly what I needed. I don’t toss and turn as much anymore and it’s so comfortable.
