Quality has gone down
I have purchased this pillow in the past and it was a great deal for the price. My last pillow fit the description, overstuffed and firm. It lasted well over a year. This pillow is super soft and not supportive at all, in fact it compresses more than my old one.I’m very disappointed.

We’ve had these pillows for less than a year, and the seams have split. They were in our spare bedroom, so they're not used every day.
