Q: Do you take out the filling to make it less firm or are there other pillows that you buy that are the medium and softer?

  • A: Nope, there’s no zipper or opening to do so. Currently there’s just the standard firm, and the king medium. The soft hasn’t been released yet.

    It was dirty. The seam was ripped. I’ve had it less than a year and I’m disgusted by it. I have the worst back and neck pain(I’m 30) of my life, it’s so uncomfortable. I regret the amount I spent on this pillow.

    don't waste your money.

    this pillow was great at first, I bought it firm because I had a feeling it would soften over time, I just didn't realize that it would be completely flat with no support in less than half a year. highly disappointed because it was very comfortable for about the first 3 months.

    Picture and description dont match

    The image online doesn’t match the name. I thought I was getting a medium firmness pillow but got the firm instead. I guess I should have read the entire name but you’d think the picture would match the product. Pillow is VERY firm. Even as a side sleeper, it feels like too much fill. I use the soft/medium one when I have migraines and I can’t with this one. The pillow case is very soft which is a plus and the product itself seems good quality. I’m hoping they soften up a bit with use since they don’t have the medium or soft king size anywhere.

    Super fluffy and soft pillow case is the best BUT after a few weeks we took off pillow case to wash and for some odd reason all the cotton is hanging out through the pillow. No holes just coming undone. Disappointed at this high of a price point.

    Perfect pillow

    I love this pillow. It’s so soft and exactly like a squishmallow. I love that it comes with a pillow case that feels like a plushie. Except whose brilliant idea was it to give us WHITE pillow cases. In this fabric it just seems like it’s going to stain so easily.

    Waste of money

    It was great at first but quickly lost its plush and support. Lasted less than 3 months. The pillow case it comes with it’s very soft! I definitely wouldn’t say it’s firm either (even in the beginning).
