  • A: Adjustable pillow loft - zipped and unzipped changes the firmness and overall height but not really the height under someone's head. I'd say it goes from a high loft unzipped to a mid loft zipped in terms of overall height.

    Used to be better

    I've purchased Casper pillows in the past and been very happy with them, but I think they have changed them. Right out of the bag it was comfortable to sleep on unlike some pillows that need time to adjust too. However, it lost some of its firmness and support quickly. Such a disappointment. I will continue my search for the elusive perfect pillow.

    Not what it used to be

    It is so incredibly firm I feel like my head is 12 inches off the bed & that’s on the softest adjustable setting. If you like a firm & overstuffed pillow, this would be great for you. I had a Casper pillow that I loved that was along the same price point so I was expecting a true medium/soft. I’m super bummed that a pillow this crummy costs so much.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often have troubles finding the perfect pillow that’s not too flat and not too thick. This pillow was decent for me as a side sleeper. At first it felt too fluffy and overstuffed, but being any to adjust the pillow and flatten it out helped a lot for me. It’s still a bit too stuffed for my liking and if I sleep on my back but could be good for those who prefer that!

It’s breathable and comfortable. However sometimes I feel it’s not as adjustable as I would like it to be. Overall, it’s a good pillow.

I do really love the adjustable zipper feature! I've never seen another pillow allow for an easy adjustment so I really appreciate that, and the difference between zipped and unzipped is pretty significant. I'd say this would be a perfect guest room pillow!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a fluffly light spuport, if you zip up the zipper that is supposed to make it firmer, it makes it only slightly less soft, is still a cushy experience .zipiper or not. If you are looking for something moldable this is not that. Still a comfy soft pillow.
