    Too soft and not tru to size

    I bought two sets - one king and one queen. They are way too soft, not much there at all. And they do not fit properly in a king and queen pillowcase. They are too small. I bought the gel thinking they would be a little firmer than the regular, cheaper ones

    Cool to the touch

    I am always trying to find pillows that will help me. I’ve been through a lot of pillows in the last six months. I was nervous to give these a try, I also made sure to follow the instructions on how long to give them to get to their shape. So far no complaints.

    Change in pillows sent

    First pair bought last year were amazing, so ordered two more pairs that were also great. This order though, pillows are flat and aren’t anything like the three pairs I bought last year. I think if you get “good” version, they’re the best pillows. That’s where the good reviews are coming from. But for some reason they also have horrible ones and I guess there’s no way to predict which ones you’ll get. It’s a shame because if you get the “good” version they really are the best pillows. Sadly I’ll be returning and not taking a chance to ever be sent the “good” ones.

    Disappointed

FAIL the pillows are flat, no bounce back and I ball them up to sleep. I even put them in the dryer to fluff them up . So disappointed with this purchase
