I gave this pillow 2 stars it does feel nice cooling memory foam but because i wake up everyday with my neck hurting and a headache this is just not for me which is disappointing ive tried different pillows i dont know what to do anymore lol

Too petite for this one
Over time I ended up having bad neck issues and headaches and realized it was this pillow. I’m a pretty petite person and have come to realize this one doesn’t necessarily work great for me when I sleep on my back (I am a side, stomach and back sleeper). However, in the same breath, my fiancé who is much larger than me loves this one.

Awful Smell
My husband got this exact pillow about a year ago and it's great, so I decided to get one to see if it would help with my pregnancy TMJ. The one I picked up in store smelled horrible--either very chemically or mildewy--even after airing it out for 5 days. We returned it and went to get another in-store, and they all smelled just as awful. So disappointing and concerning--I definitely didn't want to be exposed to that smell while pregnant.

Great pillow
I did not understand how much a good pillow can impact a good night's rest until I met this pillow. I fall asleep almost instantly and stay asleep until morning. I have had to sleep with 2 or three pillows at a time, but since owning this pillow it is the only pillow I need.

Great for the price
I get why some say the pillow is too firm and it might be if you don’t have a good mattress. We just got a new mattress and this pillow is perfect. I like the additional support for my neck to keep it neutral to my spine. I don’t like when my ears are too close to my shoulders when sleeping and this pillow provides the perfect support and it’s not too expensive!

Such a Great Pillow!!
I am a side sleeper and was using 2 pillows trying to keep my head aligned and failing. I purchased based on the reviews and am SO glad I did! I never know a pillow could make such a big difference in the quality of your sleep, but this works wonders for me. I love the cooling for when I get overheated during the night…middle-age mom probs, lol. I just flip it over and the cooling sensation lasts for several minutes. I love this pillow so much, I ordered one to be sent to my daughter’s house so I could use it when we visited!

Used Pillow
Received an old used pillow with yellow stains. I find that a lot of products are increasingly being returned after they’ve been used. Target does nothing to check the condition of items being returned so customers like me unknowingly purchase used products and then are forced to return them immediately after the purchase. It has become ridiculous. They need to inspect items being returned so this horrible experience doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Not sure why so many reviews share odor ? Maybe that’s the warehouse but I brought in store and have not experienced any odor . I am a back and side sleeper and to me the pillow is comfortable I like the firmness of it .
