Comfortable but..

great support, horribleee smell
I purchased this pillow in store and although i think it provides great support and stays cool… the smell is tragic. i didn’t realize it was the pillow and kept thinking something smelt off like mold/ mildew and I was so concerned it was something in my room… then I realized it was the pillow. i’m actually super concerned about the smell - like should i be worried at all? is this toxic.. will I get sick? super bummed because I actually really like it. but now i think im just going to buy a name brand one that’s like triple the price but it’s more reputable, just to stay on the safe side.

good rest pillow
I love that it has a washable cover and the memory foam was a perfect angle and neck rest. Pillow stayed cool to the touch through the night for the hot sleepers out there. It did smell a little plastic-ish, so I highly recommend taking the cover and washing it before the first sleep.

My favorite pillows ever, but weird sizing and smell
These are my favorite pillows! They are the only ones I have found that are firm enough to support and do not give me neck pain. They also do not go flat after a few months, which has been a huge frustration with the majority of other pillows I have invested in. My only complaints are the sizing and the smell. I buy the king size, but it actually seems to be in between a king size and a standard size pillow, because they are too small for my king pillowcases and too big for my standard pillow cases. I had them in king pillow cases for a while but they were driving me crazy sliding around in the pillow cases, and I had to fold the pillow cases over to sleep comfortably. I now have them in standard shams, and that works because the shams holds it in place but they look like overly plumped marshmallows and they just barely fit. They also do have a very strong chemical smell upon unboxing, as others have mentioned, but it does go away. Other than those two things, these pillows are incredibly comfortable and durable! I have even slept on them without the pillowcases and found them incredibly soft and comfortable that was as well. I have repurchased them several times.

Moldy/Mildew Smelling Pillows.
Comfortable pillow, had one over a year ago. Just had to buy another one and they have a strong, unavoidable smell. Washed the covers and they still smell like a mildew/moldy odor. Would have been a 5 stars if they were unscented.

I like the memory foam. BUT…. I bought these pillows yesterday and my pillows have a horrible smell too! It was so bad I had to take them off my bed. I’m going to give them a couple days but if the smell doesn’t go away I’ll have to throw them away. For now giving 1 star because it feels like money wasted since I can’t use them

Chemical smell
