A: I ordered this item from the web site and received a gel pillow — it has irregular blocks of scented cooling gel of some kind interspersed within the foam. Had to return it.

Q: I bought 2 of these pillows and both of them have some small/medium size craters on one side but it is smooth on the other side. Why and is this normal or did I just happen to get 2 bad batches of pillows? I wish I can attach pictures to show!

I was excited to try this pillow but was disappointed in the end. I am a side sleeper and prefer a cool touch, firmer pillow. When I tried it out it doesn't seem very firm. And the cool touch really didn't exist especially when compared to other cool touch pillows I have. It's an ok pillow. It doesn't live up to its name and therefore is expensive for what it is.

I didn’t expect to like this pillow, but I sleep so well on it! I am a side sleeper, but it still is comfortable if you lie on your back. We like this pillow so well that we bought two more for the guest room. I offer my guests fluffy pillows also, in case they don’t like the memory foam style. It’s a little spendy, but the sale price is reasonable.

Ive had this pillow for 3 months now & I absolutely LOVE it. You know how sometimes you wake up with pain in your neck cause u "slept wrong" well those days are over if you get this pillow. No need to constantly flip it over cuz it gets HOT. I won't let anyone else in my household use it either. The pillowcase does sometimes come off but who cares I'll just put it back on. For people that say it smells well that's just their own sweat. So if you can't stand the smell of your own self then idk..a little linen spray goes along way.

Writing this for someone like me who suffered from neck pain for a long time unknown to you the pillow you use is part of the cause. I bought this pillow thinking it was too soft when I picked it up but it is literally perfect. The balance of soft and supportive that any side sleeper with shoulder or neck pain neeeeds! In fact it’s a great stomach sleep for me too. I cannot rave about this enough. I’ve been through so many pillows lol. Run, don’t walk. Get this.

I’m really particular about pillows and was skeptical about this. The quality is great! I’ve had it for a few months and the shape is exactly how it was when I purchased. The only thing to note is that the cover is slightly slippery so pillowcases shimmy off in the night, but it’s super easy to fix.
