Worst pillow ever

It crinkles like it’s a waterproof mattress cover, smells funky and feels extremely uncomfortable whether you try it full or take out some of the material. You can feel the chunks in it if you’re a side sleeper. I had to change pillows in the middle of the night a couple nights while trying it out because I genuinely couldn’t fall back asleep. I think the only thing I would use this for would be as a travel pillow. Cheaply made and doesn’t feel like it would keep its shape.

Feels like a cloud

I am already impressed by this Serta cloud pillow. I love the fact you’re able to customize it to your liking(by taking some of the stuffing out or putting back in). The inner packaging sleeve gives you an idea on how much you’d need respectively for side or back sleepers, etc. Or you can keep all the stuffing in as I did. I am always looking for pillows that you can easily wash and care for. It’s important that it has an easy zipper cover that I can throw in the wash often. I’m also a fan of the size! I much prefer a “queen” size pillow. It fits most standard pillow cases. It’s structured nicely. It’s super soft, and reminds me of a giant marshmallow. Who wouldn’t want to sleep on that!? It molds perfectly to my neck and head while lying on it, yet keeps its nice shape at the same time.

Firm pillow

This pillow is really firm, but it provides the support you need if you prefer a firm pillow. One of the nice features is that you can remove the fill and adjust it to make the pillow as “filled” or as firm as you like. The only downfall is that the fill is messy and figuring out where to put the extra foam fluff while you test the pillow for a night’s sleep. It may be helpful if the pillow came with a mesh bag or something similar to temporarily store the extra fill. Then if you don’t need it, just simply throw it away.

Firm

This pillow is not for me. It is very firm and does not have much give. It says it’s great for back and side sleepers but I feel like it’s only good for side sleepers. It is thick and heavy and will really prop your head up. The cooling material is good but even after a few weeks of use it kept its full shape with no give. If you like sleeping with multiple pillows this might not be for you.

Not enough neck support.

Pillow is a nice weight and if felt good. I had high hopes for it. However, after multiple nights it was not the right pillow for me. I could not get the material to give me enough neck support as it would bunch to the back. It did not give me any pains, but it was not the support I was needing.

I would recommend this pillow to family and friends

I've used this pillow for the past few days and I love it. The first day it was a little on the stiff side, but that's expected. I am picky about my pillows, so I wasnt sure how id feel about it, but it's so comfortable and gives the right amount of support. There was no odor to the pillow, and the cover seems simple enough to remove and wash. Id recommend.

Comfortable!

Very comfortable and definitely gives me a nice night sleep. Very breathability and the design is just perfect. I'm going to be purchasing another one for my bed.
