Well-made Sheets
I've read conflicting reviews on these sheets after purchasing them. Despite that, I really love them. Yes, they are part lyocell...however, as someone who has environmental allergies, I haven't had any issues with allergies to them thus far. Are they the softest sheets out there? No, they are more crisp and the stripes have a slightly raised texture - so if you are looking for 'jersey' type fabric, these sheets are not for you. They do however soften after each wash and seem to be very durable/well-made as they have yet to pill. Great for people like me who like to rub their legs over sheets like a little cricket. I also love that the fitted sheet fits the mattress snuggly because of the elastic bands on the sides.

Synthetic fabric instead of 100% cotton
Why are you using SYNTHETIC fabrics, Target?!! I used to LOVE my old 100% cotton Hearth and Hand sheets, but these are scratchy and they leak chemicals onto your skin. Do better Target!

Loved the look but they were not soft. I ended up figuring out that what I thought was seasonal allergies was actually an allergy to the sheets. After sleeping on them, being out of town for a couple days and sleeping on them again they caused my eyes to swell up, my nose to plug up and dizziness in the AM. They were washed before use in my normal detergent. I went back to my old bamboo sheets and all the symptoms went away. Assuming it is whatever wood pulp the lyocell is made of or a chemical used in the processing/manufacturing…

They are comfortable and soft along with being a great quality. Dry them on heavy duty and that changes the texture and eliminates the wrinkles. My first wash and dry they felt rough and very wrinkle. With the thickness of them, I found heavy duty drying cycle was a cure for all the problems!! Now we love them!!

Quality and cozy feel
I absolutely love these sheets! My new favorite!We had been using Quince bamboo sheets before these ones that are silky soft that I love… and I’m surprised that I love these even more being that they are so different! They have texture and weight to them, yet are extremely comfortable and cozy! They have a quality look and feel. We have been using these all summer without a blanket! The top sheet is comfortable enough without one. I wish there were more options in colors/patterns! I think you will either love them or hate them according to the reviews… I’m glad that I did not let the negative reviews turn me away. Just don’t expect them to be like the100% cotton sheets you’ve had before from Magnolia and then you won’t be disappointed. Some call the texture scratchy, I call it cozy! :-) Oh! And they’re beautiful too.

Super soft! Was excited theseheld up well after first wash. The fitted bands are great and I love the top/bottom tabs so you know which corners go where. I like that the cotton has a bit of a textured feeling vs silky smooth. A bit thin so idk how long they’ll hold up for but super cute and I love them so far! Pillow cases are standard, I do wish they had one of those enclosure flaps though like you get with duvet sets. Need to see if they sell just the pillow cases so I can have my extra ones match too!

Lovely design, weird scratchy texture
Jury is still out on these. As another reviewer commented, the sheets appeared to be soft right out of the packaging but feel very different (scratchy and heavy!) after first wash. I’ve been sleeping on 100% linen sheets for the past 1.5 years so scratchy is not typically a problem if it’s going to soften. I don’t think these will. These are only 6% linen so I’m not sure what’s causing them to feel this way. I bought them because I was interested in a more substantial fitted sheet to add to the rotation. I’ll wash a few times to see what happens, but so far they are uncomfortable for summer. Such a bummer because the design is soooo cute and perfectly match my bedroom’s aesthetic.

Scratchy
I bought these because my fiance and I got a larger bed and have been using their old style of striped sheet for years. These suck in comparison! The old ones were soft…these are incredibly scratchy. Way too expensive for how uncomfortable they are. Bring back the old fabric!

I wish I could give less than one star. The originals (railroad grey) were perfection, my favorite sheets, other than the unmanageable wrinkles. These sheets are awful. They feel normal coming out of the package, but after the first wash, they feel like variegated cardboard. Why on earth would you change from cotton percale? At this moment, I have them in the dryer with tennis balls, hoping that they will somewhat soften up.
