I’ve purchased this pillow, along with the smaller queen version, several times in the past and have always appreciated the firm support, especially with my neck issues. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase in March 2026 was a major disappointment. The pillow felt significantly less full and supportive right out of the package, almost like it had already been broken in. Compared to my previous one, which lasted about 10 months, the quality seems to have declined noticeably.

Awesome pillow! I am a pillow snob, I can't just sleep on any pillow, if they are too hard I will wake up with a headache, if it's too soft I will have neck pain. So, it has to be the perfect blend of both. This pillow is just that. I love it! I now will have to buy a second one for our camper. I am leaving this review after sleeping on the pillow for a couple of months, I wanted to make sure I was gonna love it.

The Casaluna Memory Foam & Down Alternative Extra Firm Bed Pillow is, without exception, the best pillow I have ever used. Do not let the term "extra firm" discourage you. This pillow provides excellent cushiony support wrapped in a "just right" amount of softness. It stays cool all night, and I don't have to fight with my pillow or flip it to the cool side all night! The material of the pillow and the cover are high quality. Very pleased.

Wow I Love This Pillow
I’m the Princess and the Pea when it comes to pillows and wow was I impressed by this one. It took a couple of nights to break in but is now perfect. My previous pillow was a Coop (from the company directly, not Coop at Target) and while I liked that pillow at first, it was starting to make my neck hurt and my head hot. Would highly recommend switching if you are formerly a “memory foam chunks” pillow person.

My pillows were really needing to be replaced and decided to go with these based on the good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Shout out to the comment saying it was their dogs favorite pillow. I was pretty sold after seeing that one. 😂Super soft and fluffy my son and husband both tried to steal it from me once I got home. I purchased these same Casaluna pillows a little over a year ago and loved them so when it came time for new pillows, I repurchased them. I’ve had my new pillows for about 3 weeks now. They are already flat and are causing me to have serious neck and back pain. Unfortunately, the quality is not the same as it used to be and I do not recommend these pillows.
