Q: I bought two pillows, same description and item number. One if firmer than the other. Only difference I can see is one says Q1/24 and the other Q4/23. What's does that mean?

    Extremely Disappointed

    Very Disappointed in the downhill quality of this product. I have purchased several of these, my mother is in a hospital bed and this pillow was "The One" that made her comfortable. After a while it flattened and that is expected. But just recently just purchased and its not the same quality. within 2 days the pillow was flat. Thought perhaps a defective one, and target replaced. Same issue, not even 2 days and flat. Now im left looking for another pillow. I wish you would have kept the quality and you would have had a lifelong loyal customer 😑

    Run and grab this pillow

    This pillow is perfection! Due to a sensitive neck I travel with my down pillow, which takes up precious space in my suitcase. I decided to try this pillow on my trip to my daughter's and I willl not longer have a need to bring my own pillow! I will just preorder one to every destination!

    Perfect for stomach sleepers!!

    These are so soft and fluffy! Yes, they do somewhat go flat but as a stomach sleeper, that's what you kind of want and need. Something for those nights you sleep like t-rex and need just enough between you and the mattress. We purchased the medium firmness and while I personally wish there was a softer option, my husband who's a side and stomach sleeper has zero complaints. It's quite possibly the best pillow I've found as a stomach sleeper that doesn't cock my neck too far back and allows me lay in as flat of a position on my stomach with a pillow. Most pillows aren't soft enough for that and I end of turning them long ways while I sleep. Overall, it's a keeper!

    NOT Actually Machine Washable

    My pillows tend to get dirty pretty quickly, and so it's critical for me to have a pillow that I can throw into the washing machine from time to time. This one says that it is machine washable, but when I tried to wash the pillow, it became full of air and water that would not drain out. It puffed up like a giant balloon but with the weight of a bowling ball inside. The issue seems to be that the outer material is not very permeable (not sure how that's the case, since it is cotton), which traps water and air inside when it is washed. My washing machine—which is a large capacity front loading machine—was not able to spin and extract the water. I tried washing it by itself and with another pillow to balance out the load, but nothing worked. No matter what I did, I was left with an absolutely soaked, insanely heavy blob of a pillow. I was eventually able to get some of the water out by pressing it down by hand in a sink, but even then, it was still so water logged that it slammed around in my dryer and actually moved the dryer a couple of inches. Needless to say, I will never try washing this pillow again. Labeling it as "machine washable" (and right in the name too!) is false advertising.

    Neck pain

    I bought this same exact pillow back in December for my husband. I recently bought a new pair and my goodness my neck hurts when I wake up. I’m not sure what happened with this product but it was the exact same one from my purchase history. Horrible..

    Worst pillows I've ever purchased

    You need these pillows

    These are the best pillows ever. I rebuy them over and over whenever I move. They come with a plastic pillow cover which is nice for storage and are super comfortable as a stomach sleeper.     A fluffy hotel dream

    This is the second time I bought one of these pillows and I will keep buying them. I hadn't needed to buy more because the other one diminished I needed more because I needed more pillows on my bed. The other one I've had for probably 5 years and it's still just as great as the day I got it.
