I’m definitely getting another set. I got the king size pillow and I love how firm, odorless and the memory foam is great. Thanks to the amazing ergonomics I have no neck pain anymore and I wake up ache free every morning.

But to my surprise, this pillow is very comfortable and supportive of my neck. It doesn’t seem to hold temperature very long, so it’s nice to have a cool pillow to lay back on. overall, a solid product, and I would recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their current pillow.

I didn’t have any hope of saying anything good about it. I currently have been using it every night for the last 2 weeks and to my surprise I’m ranking it the best pillow I have owned. It firm but test conforms to u when u lay on it without feeling like u are sinking into it. It’s cooling, I have not gotten hot or sweaty laying on it and I wake up without a sour neck. U just have to try it to experience its beauty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hard for me to write a review because I did not like this pillow but my boyfriend really does. It is pictured here in the gray pillowcase. I am a back sleeper and this is meant more for side sleepers. On my back I felt that it was just too high and firm. On my side it was good. The pillow is a dense heavier foam. It is not as much memory foam as others I have used. It does stay pretty cool. I always feel like I like to flip my pillow to get the cooler other side and with this one I did not need to. It is pretty expensive for a pillow.

I love the soft material of the casing and I love the foam material and I love the cooling effect. But it is too big. I wake up in the morning with a stiff neck and it makes me hate the pillow. My neck and back hurt after sleeping on it for 4 days and I wake up with a headache. I wish it were smaller so it didn't hurt my neck. If it were, I would see nothing wrong with it and would love it.

After even ten minutes I decided I really enjoyed the pillow. I don't get the cooling effect, but still a very comfortable pillow that I'd recommend to anyone who would ask.

The durability is impressive; the foam feels substantial and holds its shape. I also was pleased there was no chemical smell when removed from the box. However, the loft is too high for me. Because it didn’t compress enough it kept my neck at a backward angle all night. If you are a side sleeper who likes a tall, firm feel, this is a winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is AMAZING. I’m a side sleeper and kind of picky with pillows. It always seems they’re too firm or too soft. But this one is perfect in my opinion. It’s firm enough to really give some good support, but it sinks in slightly with the weight of your head so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. It’s super squishy and feels like high quality materials. The outside cover feels durable and you can unzip it to remove it from the inside portion so that you can wash it (machine wash cold, dry flat). The cooling feature is incredible. I’ve never used a cooling pillow before and now I can’t imagine wanting to buy another pillow again that doesn’t have that feature. I love feeling a slight coolness, and I think it helps regulate my overall temperature. We sleep for so much of our lives, so I’m a big fan of splurging on the things that can positively affect life. I’ve been getting great, deep sleep with this pillow. And as the warmer months approach, I know the cooling feature is going to be such a relief. Will likely buy a second one soon to have a pair for the bed.

The material of the pillow itself feels very well made and durable. This does not give off “cheap” vibes. However, I personally felt the pillow was too firm for my comfort preference. After sleeping on it I noticed some neck stiffness in the morning. My husband tried it last night and actually enjoyed the level of support much more than I did, so I think this pillow would be better suited for someone who prefers a firmer feel. If you have neck sensitivity or typically use soft pillows- this will not be for you. Overall, I think this pillow really depends upon your personal preferences. I am a side sleeper and need something firm that will keep my head elevated and in line so I don’t wake up with intense neck and back pain. This pillow hit all the marks for me! At first, I was nervous it wouldn’t work for me, it looked thin but was surprisingly firm when I touched it. When I laid down for bed, I was shocked at how firm but still soft it was, it was perfect! I immediately knocked out and had one of the best night of sleep I have had in a long time. The cooling effect was also a nice added touch. I am always impressed by Casper products and this pillow did not disappoint.
